OPOSICION A LA ADJUDICACION. Practicada la inspección ocular, se fijará el negocio en lista por diez (10) días hábiles en la correspondiente oficina del INCORA. Desde la aceptación de la solicitud de adjudicación, hasta el vencimiento del término a que se refiere el inciso anterior, quienes se crean con derecho podrán formular oposición a la adjudicación, acompañando al escrito respectivo la prueba en que funden su pretensión. Vencido este término, precluye la oportunidad para oponerse a la adjudicación.
