OBLIGACIONES. La sociedad usufructuaria al suscribir el contrato se obliga a lo siguiente

Explotar el predio con cultivos de tardío rendimiento o a acuicultura industrial;

Adelantar la explotación en la forma que se estipula en el contrato;

Observar las normas sobre conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, protección de bosques nativos, de vegetación protectora y de reserva forestal;

Pagar al INCORA la suma determinada en el contrato como compensación remuneratoria por el usufructo de la tierra objeto del contrato. CAPITULO VI. DEL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ADJUDICACION.
