REVERSION DEL BALDIO ADJUDICADO AL DOMINIO DE LA NACION. Si dentro del término que señale el INCORA en la correspondiente resolución de adjudicación, la entidad adjudicataria no cumple con el fin previsto, el terreno adjudicado revertirá al dominio de la Nación. Esta condición se estipulará en toda adjudicación que otorgue el INCORA a entidades de derecho público. Igual reversión procederá en el caso de que la entidad beneficiaria no observe en la utilización del terreno, las normas sobre conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, protección de bosques nativos, de vegetación protectora y de reservas forestales.
