COMPENSACION REMUNERATORIA. La compensación remuneratoria que al tenor del artículo 32 de la Ley 135 de 1961, modificado por el artículo 11 de la Ley 30 de 1988, deben pagar a la Nación por la adjudicación del baldío los beneficiarios de que trata el presente capítulo, será reglamentada por la Junta Directiva del INCORA, en cada caso, de acuerdo con la inversión y clase de cultivo a desarrollar.
