CADUCIDAD. El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones contraídas por el beneficiario, dará lugar a la declaratoria de caducidad del contrato respectivo. La cláusula que permita al INCORA declarar la caducidad administrativa deberá estipularse en cada uno de los contratos que al efecto se suscriban.
