º REQUISITOS PARA LA ADJUDICACION. Quien solicite la adjudicación de un terreno baldío por ocupación previa, deberá demostrar que tiene bajo explotación económica las dos terceras (2/3) partes de la superficie cuya adjudicación pretende, que cumple con las normas sobre explotación de los recursos naturales y que está dentro de los límites adjudicables.
