ARTICULO 1 º Créanse veintitrés (23) Juzgados Civiles del Circuito Especializados que conocerán de los asuntos contemplados en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, con sede en las siguientes ciudades: CIUDAD NUMERO Barranquilla 2 Bogotá 8 Bucaramanga 2 Cali 4 Cartagena 1 Cúcuta 1 Ibagué 1 Medellín 4

Parágrafo

Los jueces de que trata este artículo serán nombrados por los respectivos Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial. Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial podrán especializar Juzgados Civiles del Circuito cuando las necesidades así lo exijan, para el conocimiento de los asuntos enumerados en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
