ARTICULO 17 . Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de febrero de 1990, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias; pero la remisión de los procesos de la Jurisdicción Civil a la de Familia se hará con autorización del respectivo Tribunal Superior, a medida que entren en funcionamiento los Despachos Judiciales que aquí se crean. Entre tanto, de los procesos y actuaciones seguirán conociendo los Magistrados y Jueces competentes, de acuerdo con las respectivos disposiciones legales vigentes al momento de entrar a regir el presente Decreto.
