ARTICULO 9º Recursos Extraordinarios. Además de los casos, en que conforme al Código de Procedimiento Civil proceden los recursos extraordinarios de casación y revisión, también son susceptibles de los mismos, las sentencias proferidas en los procesos a que se refieren los artículos 13 a 16 de la Ley 76 de 1968.
