ARTICULO 4º Denominación. Los jueces civiles y promiscuos de menores se denominarán en adelante jueces de familia y promiscuos de familia. Los jueces penales de menores se denominarán en adelante jueces de menores y seguirán ejerciendo sus funciones de acuerdo con la competencia establecida por la ley.
