ARTICULO 2º Integración. Las Salas de Familia ejercerán sus funciones en Salas de Decisión, integradas en cada asunto por el magistrado ponente y los dos que le sigan en orden alfabético de apellidos. Cuando el número de magistrados de la Sala de Familia sea inferior a tres (3), las decisiones se adoptarán en Sala Dual.
