° Los amplificadores de que trata el inciso del artículo anterior, no requieren licencia. Los mencionados en el inciso b) sólo podrán funcionar mediante licencia concedida por el respectivo Alcalde; y los mencionados en el inciso el requerirán licencia del Ministerio de Gobierno, el que podrá delegar en los Gobernadores de los Departamentos la facultad de concederla.
