Terminada la visita de que trata el artículo anterior se levantara el acta correspondiente, en la que se harán constar los resultados de las pruebas, aforos, calibraciones y revisiones. Además, deberá constar cualquier obra o trabajo adicional que deba realizarse con el fin de cumplir los requisitos con miras a la obtención de licencia de funcionamiento. El acta deberá firmarse por el funcionario del Ministerio y por el representante del propietario de la planta, y además, por los responsables de las pruebas, calibraciones y aforos.
