De las Comisiones Conjuntas. El Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial integrará y presidirá las comisiones conjuntas de que trata el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 33 de la Ley 99 de 1993. Se autoriza a dichas comisiones para constituir un fondo común sin personería jurídica a través del cual deberán realizar las inversiones necesarias para el manejo integral de la respectiva cuenca.
