º Autorízase a los establecimientos bancarios oficiales que hacen parte del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario a castigar las deudas por capital, intereses y gastos existentes al 6 de junio de 1994, a cargo de los productores privados en las zonas afectadas en los Departamentos del Huila y Cauca por el sismo ocurrido en la fecha citada.
