ARTICULO 11 . A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, los docentes de que trata el artículo 8. del presente decreto, tendrán derecho, mientras se encuentren en el trámite de inscripción en el escalafón de la carrera docente, a la asignación que venían devengando a 31 de diciembre de 1990 incrementada en un veintidós por ciento (22%). Una vez escalafonados, tendrán derecho a la remuneración indicada en los artículos 2º y 4º del presente decreto, o a la que venían devengando, si fuere superior.
