° Las solicitudes que formulen el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes o el Tribunal Superior de Orden Público para la destinación provisional o definitiva de los bienes materia de ocupación o decomiso, serán atendidas preferencialmente y en término de diez (10) días hábiles por las autoridades encargadas del registro o matrícula de bienes muebles o inmuebles, tales como Cámaras de Comercio y Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo, constituirá causal de mala conducta.
