° Las personas que se designen para ejercer los cargos previstos en el artículo anterior, serán nombradas por los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Orden Público y podrán ser removidos libremente por ellos. Los abogados asesores serán preferencialmente abogados especializados en Derecho Penal o Civil y deberán reunir los demás requisitos exigidos a los abogados asesores del Ministerio Público.
