° Las indemnizaciones y bonificaciones a que se refieren los artículos anteriores serán reconocidas y pagadas por la Empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en liquidación o por el Fondo del Pasivo Social de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, una vez éste asuma dicha obligación.
