La solicitud de devolución de saldos créditos se resolverá dentro del mes siguiente a su presentación, previas las imputaciones de pagos hechos por el contribuyente y previas las compensaciones con saldos de otras cuentas del mismo llevadas por las Administraciones de Impuestos Nacionales. Serán competentes para resolver las solicitudes de devolución, las Administraciones de Impuestos Nacionales en donde se lleve cuenta corriente al interesado, por concepto de impuestos de renta o ventas, respectivamente.
