En la decisión de los recursos los funcionarios podrán corregir oficiosamente los errores de los actos sometidos a su conocimiento y efectuar las compensaciones a que haya lugar, pero no podrán aumentar la suma total fijada a cargo del sujeto pasivo en la liquidación recurrida.
