° La autorización otorgada se limita al período legal de la Junta Directiva a que se ha hecho referencia en la parte considerativa del presente Decreto y sus actuaciones en tal calidad estarán sujetas a las disposiciones legales aplicables a los funcionarios públicos en materia de inhabilidades, impedimentos o recusaciones, prohibiciones, responsabilidades, deberes y derechos.
