º Al concesionario de contratos para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión o de espacios de televisión, a quien se le declarare la caducidad del contrato, de conformidad con este Decreto, quedará inhabilitado para celebrar esta clase de contratos, por el término de ocho (8) años, contados a partir de la ejecutoria de la respectiva providencia.
