º Por la infracción a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, serán responsables en todo caso, los concesionarios de contratos de radiodifusión o de espacios de televisión. Según la gravedad de la falta cometida, el Ministro de Comunicaciones podrá imponer al responsable o responsables de la misma, alguna de las siguientes sanciones

Multa de $ 500.000.00 a $ 5.000.000.00.

Suspensión del contrato de prestación del servicio de radiodifusión o de concesión de espacios de televisión, hasta por el término de uno (1) año, según el caso.

Declaratoria de caducidad del contrato de concesión para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión o de concesión de espacios de televisión, según el caso.
