º Mientras subsista el actual estado de sitio, por las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora y por los canales de televisión, no podrán transmitirse informaciones, declaraciones, comunicados, entrevistas o comentarios relativos a paros y huelgas ilegales, a movilizaciones, a ceses de actividades, a actos subversivos o terroristas o a hechos que de alguna manera conduzcan a la perturbación del orden público.
