El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y mantendrá su vigencia por el tiempo que dure el estado de conmoción, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional la prorrogue, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el inciso 3° del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
