º El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, queda facultado para habilitar como Inspectores de Trabajo para los fines de que trata el presente Decreto, en forma individual o general, a los funcionarios del Ministerio de Trabajo, del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil y a funcionarios administrativos de los demás Ministerios.
