º Los Jefes de personal o quienes hagan sus veces en las entidades de derecho público y en las empresas privadas, deberán informar al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social la ocurrencia de cualquiera de las conductas establecidas en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, inmediatamente tengan conocimiento de ello. La inobservancia de esta obligación constituye causal de mala conducta.
