º Mientras subsista el actual estado de sitio, a los sindicatos, federaciones o confederaciones sindicales que organicen, dirijan, promuevan, fomenten o estimulen en cualquier forma al margen de la ley el cese total o parcial, continuo o escalonado, de las actividades normales de carácter laboral o de cualquier otro orden, el Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, podrá suspender su personería jurídica.
