º Mientras subsista el actual estado de sitio, quienes organicen, dirijan, promuevan, fomenten o estimulen en cualquier forma al margen de la ley el cese total o parcial continuo o escalonado, de las actividades normales de carácter laboral o de cualquier otro orden, incurrirán en arresto de treinta (30) a ciento ochenta (180) días, que impondrán los Gobernadores, Intendentes, Comisarios y Alcaldes, mediante resolución motivada.
