Artículo segundo. Los gastos a que dé lugar el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, se pagarán por el Ministerio del Trabajo, con cargo al Fondo Rotatorio de Seguros Sociales creado por el Decreto número 3182 de 1946. Mientras este Fondo se abre en la Tesorería General de la República, los pagos se harán por el mismo Ministerio con imputación al artículo 462-C del Capítulo 43 del Presupuesto de la actual vigencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
