Artículo trece. A partir del 1º de enero de 1947, los sueldos de los actuales Jueces del Trabajo y de todo el personal subalterno de dichos Juzgados será el que ahora devengan, más el aumento del 25'% decretado por el artículo 19 de la Ley 53 de 1946.
