Artículo décimo. Si por razón de las pruebas e informaciones a que el presente Decreto se refiere, no se confirmare la elección o nombramientos con la debida oportunidad, o, confirmado el nombramiento, no se posesionare el titular en la fecha en que deba empezar a funcionar' el respectivo Tribunal o Juzgado, la corporación correspondiente procederá a designar el reemplazo en interinidad.
