Artículo noveno. El Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo y los Tribunales Seccionales del Trabajo, antes de confirmar cualquier elección o nombramiento que requiera tul requisito podrán, además, solicitar las informaciones y pruebas que estimen conducentes para establecer si existe cualquiera de los impedimentos legales.
