Artículo octavo. Las condiciones que deben comprobar quienes sean elegidos o reciban el nombramiento en propiedad de un empleo relativo a la justicia del trabajo, son las requeridas en los artículos 174 de la Constitución Nacional. 64 de la Ley 6ª de 1945, 59 de la Ley 51 de 1915 y 21 y 22 del Decreto 1745 de 1915. La certificación jurada de que trata el artículo 5°de la Ley 12 de 1945, deberá referirse a la totalidad de las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 5º de la Ley 51 citada.
