Artículo séptimo. Cuando en las listas de candidatos para Magistrados de los Tribunales Seccionales del Trabajo figuren nombres de personas impedidas legalmente para ser nombrados o no pueda confirmarse una elección o nombramiento ya hecho, por la misma causa, o cuando deba comnletar.se la lista por cualquier motivo, el Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo solicitará de la entidad que haya propuesto ese candidato el nombre del que deba reemplazarlo.
