Artículo segundo. Los Magistrados de los Tribunales Seccionales del Trabajo que se nombren de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, tomarán posesión de sus cargos a más tardar el 1º de marzo de 1947, y en esa misma fecha comenzarán a funcionar dichos Tribunales.
