Artículo primero. El Tribunal Supremo del Trabajo designará los Magistrados de los Tribunales Seccionales de Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Manizales, Neiva, Pasto, Popayán, Santa Marta y Tunja, antes del 1° de febrero de 1947, y para el resto del período en curso, que empezó el 1º.de octubre de 1945, de conformidad con el artículo 17 del Decreto número 1745 de 1945, por no haber sido expedido el Código Procesal del Trabajo.
