ARTICULO 3o. Sin perjuicio de las normas especiales establecidas en el Decreto Extraordinario 1168 de 1980 y en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, los empleos de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, se regirán por las normas contenidas en el Decreto Extraordinario 1042 de 1978 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
