Artículo único. Adiciónanse los Decretos 2867 de 1944, 2999 de 1945 y 1779 de 1946, en el sentido de que con cargo a la apropiación del Capítulo 72, artículo 1158 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, se gire por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional a la Gobernación del Departamento de Boyacá, la cantidad de $ 30.000, con destino a la construcción ordenada por la Ley 73 de 1937, sobre el Colegio "Olaya Herrera" de Guateque, y delegada a dicha Gobernación de Boyacá, por los Decretos antes mencionados.
