De la asistencia y coordinación por los fondos educativos regionales y de las secretarias de educación. Los Fondos Educativos Regionales y las Secretarias de Educación a nivel Departamental y Distrital, constituirán grupos de trabajo para asistir a las autoridades correspondientes en la aplicación del procedimiento administrativo señalado en este Decreto y adelantaran las tareas de coordinación que para el efecto se consideren pertinentes.
