Artículo noveno. Todos los servicios administrativos de caja, pagaduría, almacenes, sanidad, talleres, etc., que se requieran para los trabajos de pavimentación, se prestaran por las zonas respectivas, sin que de las sumas destinadas a la pavimentación se pueda deducir alguna para el pago de estos servicios, con excepción del pago de los empleados autorizados en el artículo 7°.
