Artículo tercero. Los trayectos de las carreteras Facatativá-Los Alpes; Tunja hacia Duitama; Cali-Palmira; San Gil-Socorro y Sibate-Fusagasuga, que han venido pavimentándose, y de los cuales los cuatro primeros serán terminados en corto plazo, y el último, está contratado con fondos especiales, suministrados por las empresas de energía eléctrica, continuarán adelantándose con los fondos destinados al plan de pavimentación, hasta su terminación, fecha en la cual quedaran suspendidos estos frentes de trabajo.
