Artículo segundo. A partir del 1º de enero de 1947 los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, al librar órdenes de pago de anticipo para atender al pago de sueldos en Bogotá, descontará las cuotas de que tratan los ordinales b) y c) del artículo 20 de la Ley 6ª de 1945. Por el monto de dichos descuentos se girarán mensualmente órdenes de pago definitivas a favor del Tesorero de la Caja Nacional de Previsión.
