Artículo primero. A partir del 1º de enero de 1947 los empleados de manejo encargados de hacer los descuentos de que tratan los ordinales b), c) y d) del artículo 20 de la Ley 6ª de 1945, con destino a la Caja Nacional de Previsión, consignarán el valor de tales descuentos a la orden del Tesorero de la misma institución, por conducto de la Tesorería General de la Republica. La Contraloría General de la República reglamentará la forma en que deban hacerse estas transferencias.
