º . Obligaciones de las Entidades Territoriales. Para el ejercicio de las funciones de Vigilancia, Inspección y Control las entidades territoriales deberán

Actuar articuladas al Sistema de Vigilancia, Inspección y Control.

Adoptar el Plan Anual de Vigilancia, Inspección y Control, incorporando los parámetros del "Esquema de Gestión" establecido por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.

Organizarse internamente para el cumplimiento de las funciones, identificando los procesos, los responsables y los resultados.
