Artículo primero. Auméntase a cincuenta centavos ($ 0.50) la ración diaria de cada uno de los niños de ambos sexos, sanos, hijos de enfermos de lepra, asilados en los establecimientos de Nazaret. Santa Helena y Sala-Cuna "General Santander", del Lazareto de Agua de Dios, (que ha venido siendo de cuarenta y cinco centavos ($ 0.45).
