Entrega material del inmueble. Fijada la indemnización y hecha la consignación por la entidad demandante, el Tribunal ordenará la entrega del predio al INCORA si ésta no se hubiere hecho en forma anticipada. La entrega y oposición de terceros se regulará dé conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 456 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. No es procedente la oposición a la entrega por parte de propietario del predio y de los demás titulares de derechos reales sobre el inmueble, así como de las demás personas que hayan sido demandadas en el proceso.
