Autorización de la junta directiva. Una vez determinadas por el INCORA las zonas de reforma agraria, revisado por el CONPES y publicado el respectivo plan anual de actividades, la Junta Directiva del Instituto, mediante resolución motivada, facultará al Gerente General para adquirir por negociación o expropiación los predios o mejoras necesarios para el desarrollo de los programas de dotación de tierras que se llevarán a término dentro de cada zona.
