º A partir del 21 de enero de 1947, fecha señalada en el Decreto 3321 de 1946 para iniciar labores el Juzgado Promiscuo de Puente Nacional, créase la Cárcel de Circuito en dicho lugar, la que se considerará de tercera categoría, de acuerdo con las normas señaladas en el Decreto número 3977 de 1944, reorgánieo del ramo de Prisiones, la que tendrá el siguiente personal, con las asignaciones mensuales que en seguida se expresan: Un Director con $ 100,00 Dos Guardianes, as 90.00 cada uno 180.00
